Everything was good, it had fantastic location and food. The shuttle to the hotel was a great perk and breakfast was included.

Thank you everyone for a really really nice stay on vacation. Our room was cool and exquisite provided with Balcony, AC plus view of the Riverwalk.

The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

Fairly clean hotel, services were friendly and location was ideal on the Riverwalk. The rooms were with a balcony overlooking the riverwalk.

Reasonably large and fairly clean hotel, location was decent adjacent to the Riverwalk and a theatre and restaurants. Courteous staff who provided phenomenal service, huge room.

The hotel is fairly clean, I loved its perfect staff and cleanliness. Plenty of food available in restaurant.

Peaceful stay, incredibly gracious staff, air-conditioned rooms. Food for breakfast was outstanding, toast, hot waffles, jam and eggs. I got free upgrade and loved it. The pool was lovely and they provided waterfalls and a sauna.

All the facilities are beautiful, clean hotel, its location is unbeatable right on the riverwalk.

We loved our cozy rooms, plus the staff was accommodating. The airport was a 23-minute drive from the property. The pool was clean and the views were magnificent. Besides, parking was available on-site.

The hotel was serene, I loved impressive rooms and phenomenal staff. Lots of supplies in the room : TV set, coffee and complimentary WiFi. Bacon, toast, eggs, hot waffles and jam were really yummy. Brilliant pool area with a sauna and waterfalls. A sandy beach, perfect view.

Relaxing room with incredible bed, reasonably priced breakfast with a wide array of pleasant food. Location is enjoyable, just a pleasant stroll away from The Alamo History Museum.

Good value and an incredible experience. The breakfast had lots of food, like bacon, eggs, hot waffles and toast. And it also had outstanding view. Gorgeous lobby.

Clean enough, such central hotel, I loved original rooms and golden staff. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. Historical style property with modern furniture in the rooms. Absolutely perfect location not too far away from a three-block outdoor plaza. Efficient check in and special service.

Exceptional hotel, impeccably clean, accurate staff and the beds were comfortable. Absolutely brilliant rooms with television, air conditioner and coffee. The venue was located about 5 minutes walk from center.

Decent place for exploring San Antonio. Good sized room and LOVELY staff.

Worth its 3 stars. Only 15 min walk to downtown. There is restaurant Windows on the River at the premises.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The beds were amazing in our room. Placed 10 mins on foot from the alamo and near many other city attractions.

acenar was 10 mins walk away. great location and meaningful prices. it was a bonus for us to stay within 15 minutes’ walk from the alamo. in love with holiday inn riverwalk.
